Fair board chair Jasper Hendricks had been accused, in part, of accepting a free ticket to a NASCAR awards gala in 2023.

Hendricks is getting a warning based on the public perception of his behavior as his board remains involved with a redevelopment deal at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.

While a pair of more specific ethics complaints against the chair of the Metro Board of Fair Commissioners have been dismissed, he’ll still face some sanctions for his overall conduct.
