MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A man is facing an attempted murder charge after an assault that happened at an address on East Lamar Alexander Parkway last week, according to a Maryville Police Department report obtained by WVLT News.

It happened on Nov. 20 around 3:30 a.m., the report said. According to the department, MPD, the Maryville Fire Department and American Medical Response (AMR) responded to 1601 East Lamar Alexander Parkway to find William Flynn hurt. Flynn told officers he had fallen, the report said, but a family member said something else.
