EXETER — The New Hampshire attorney general's office announced Nov. 25 an arrest has been made in connection with the February murder of 88‑year‑old Janet Kelsen in Exeter.
Authorities said Kelsen’s daughter‑in‑law, Danielle Kelsen, 55, has been charged with second‑degree murder, accused of recklessly causing her death by inflicting blunt head trauma. She also faces charges of wiretapping and eavesdropping for allegedly intercepting oral communications with the victim.
Danielle Kelsen was taken into custody in Southwest Harbor, Maine, with assistance from the Maine State Police, according to the attorney general's office.
