Coachella Valley dwellers and travelers can look forward to mostly clear skies for Thanksgiving week, temperate days and only a slight chance of rain toward the end of the holiday weekend.

The time around the Thanksgiving holiday sees some of the busiest travel of the year across the nation, with AAA estimating more than 81 million people traveling over the coming week. Skies are expected to be clear from the start of the week, a relief after about an inch and a half of rain fell on the Coachella Valley during recent storms. Monday should see a temperate high of 75 degrees with a low of about 60.
