The first round of food tenants for the Time Out Market at Oakridge Park in Vancouver has been announced.

And it reads like a who’s who of the city’s culinary stars.

They include chef Rob Feenie, 2024 Top Chef Canada winner Chanthy Yen, Baan Lao chef-owner Nutcha Phanthoupheng, and the operators of The Lunch Lady, DownLow Chicken and Bar Bravo.

Part of the Oakridge development at 650 W. 41st Ave., Time Out Market Vancouver will feature 50,000 square feet of dining options, including 18 kitchens, a coffee counter and a dessert offering. With more than 1,000 seats, the planned space is slated to include three bars as well as an outdoor terrace.
