GRAND FORKS — The company managing the HIVE workspace building in Grand Forks says that two tenants owe several thousand dollars in unpaid rent.
GFHive Management LLC, the GrandSky branch managing the HIVE building, presented its first management report to members of the Grand Forks City Council on Monday, Nov. 24.
GrandSky President Thomas Swoyer explained to council members that building tenants Meadowlark Aircraft Company and Thread, a software development company, both have rent in arrears, with Meadowlark owing approximately $18,000 and Thread owing over $4,000.
“Because Meadowlark and Thread are both in arrears, we recommend termination of their leases immediately,” Swoyer said.
