A 71-year-old man from Maple Creek and an 83-year-old man from Saskatoon were killed in separate crashes on Monday.

According to the Saskatchewan RCMP, the first crash happened at the intersection of two grid roads in the RM of Reno, which is located in the southwestern corner of the province.

“Investigation determined two pick-up trucks collided in the intersection,” the RCMP said in a statement.

“The driver of one of the trucks was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 71-year-old
