LONG BEACH – Long Beach police are continuing their investigation of a stabbing near Grace Park in Long Beach.
Long Beach Police Department officers responded to reports of a stabbing in the 200 block of Plymouth Street Monday at 4:16 a.m. According to the preliminary investigation, officers learned two male teenagers were engaged in an argument, when one stabbed the other, the police department said.
Long Beach Fire Department personnel were called to the scene and took the victim to a hospital in stable condition, police said.
The suspect ran away from the scene prior to officers’ arrival and the investigation of the stabbing is ongoing.
