OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The two people arrested in connection to a fatal shooting that took place late Friday night made their first appearance in court on Tuesday.
38-year-old Robert Henry was charged with first degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and tampering with evidence. His bond was denied, and his preliminary hearing is set for January 12.
41-year-old Keisha Neal was charged with accessory to murder. Her bond was set at $500,000, and her preliminary hearing was set for January 7.
Around 10 p.m. on November 21 , officers found 23-year-old Jordan Phillips suffering from gunshot injuries at the scene near North 39th Street and Ellison Circle.
Phillips was taken to the hospital where he later died, according to OPD.
