Campbell Soup Company is facing a lawsuit after a former cybersecurity analyst says a top executive launched into a profanity-laced tirade disparaging the company’s products, its customers and certain employees, according to court records.
Robert Garza, who worked remotely for Campbell Soup Company, said he secretly recorded a meeting with Martin Bally, the company’s vice president and chief information security officer, that was supposed to be about Garza’s salary.
