Cade Klubnik might not be having a good time on the field, but he’s still putting himself at work everybody as QB1. Now at a senior level, he has taken on an important responsibility in the QB room.

Klubnik will no longer be a part of the Tigers in 2026, leading to questions about who could replace him. After Clemson’s blowout win over Furman, it might have an answer to those in rookie star Chris Denson. Klubnik has already assumed his role as a leader now, taking on a the responsibility of building a rapport with the young QB,.

He told the press on November 25 that he spent about 20 minutes talking with Denson. It was something that his seniors did with him, and that it was “cool” for him to be able to carry on.
