INDIANAPOLIS — A couple is facing charges after allegedly boarding a Greenwood school bus and fighting children —claiming their son was being bullied.

Donquarious L. Ridley, 27, of Indianapolis, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two charges of battery on a person less than 14 years old.

Raven Barner, 25, of Greenwood, was charged with two counts of battery on a person less than 14 years old.

According to court documents, officers with the Greenwood Police Department were called to a bus stop at the intersection of Dover Drive and Scarborough Lane in Greenwood on the morning of Oct. 31 for a report of two adults getting onto the bus and yelling at children.

Court documents say police arrived on scene and saw a Greenwood school bus full of young children.
