BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — A judge ruled Tuesday there's probable cause to believe Kenneth Wayne DeHart Jr. shot and killed Blount County Sheriff's Office Deputy Greg McCowan, sending the case to the grand jury for a second time.
