Barry Poznick , Amazon MGM Studios ’ head of unscripted programming, is exiting his role. He’ll transition to general manager of unscripted television under a new three-year deal.

Poznick, through a first-look production deal, will continue on as an executive producer on all of MGM’s reality TV franchises, including The Voice , Shark Tank , The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , Real Housewives of Rhode Island , The Real Housewives of Orange County , Vanderpump Rules and American Gladiators .

Poznick joined MGM in 2016 as its president of alternative programming.
