KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The suspect in a deadly I-640 shooting in Knoxville has been identified and charged, but he’s still at large, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
The shooting happened Sunday, Nov. 16 when three men were shot and two of those three died. Police said it happened near Gap Road, and said Tuesday a Knox County grand jury had indicted 27-year-old Dashonn Moten in the shooting.
Moten, who is from Detroit, Michigan, faces 17 counts, including charges for two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of felony murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
Those who died have since been identified as Troy Hutchison, 33, of Atlanta, Georgia, and Rodrell Jeter, 25, of Detroit, Michigan. The third victim, still hospitalized, has only been identified as a
