CPS launches violence against women and girls strategy

There’s a “growing relationship” between domestic abuse and other violent crimes against women and girls, from rape to stalking – according to the Crown Prosecution Service.

The CPS described it as a “complex web of harm” – and said one of the key planks of its new five year plan to tackle violence against women and girls would be building more trust with victims.
