Family blames Niagara Falls and Power Authority in Jerome Williams boat crash, begins legal proceedings

The family of businessman Jerome P. Williams has filed a notice of claim in connection with the July 23 boating crash on the Niagara River that is believed to have killed Williams and his fiancée.
