Mister Romantic, John C. Reilly ‘s vaudevillian alter-ego, is back just in time for Record Store Day Black Friday. He’ll release the special seven-inch record Dream a Little Dream of Me , via Third Man.

Pressed on silver opaque vinyl, the limited-edition record features his cover of the 1930 standard of the same name, as well as the B-side “Paper Moon.” Check out the charming video for “Dream a Little Dream of Me” below, which was shot by Gilbert Trejo.

Nodding to silent films of the early 20th century, the clip finds Reilly, as Mister Romantic, outside a big victorian house, trying to make a grand gesture to someone inside. He leaves a bouquet of flowers at the door and lingers on the sidewalk, dancing and gazing up at the window, until he finally waves goodbye and wanders away.
