Members of a popular rock band recently left the group’s leader stranded after he threw a tantrum.
According to Stereogum three members of the metal band Vitriol left vocalist Kyle Rasmussen at a gas station in Vermont after he made what they claimed to be “cowardly and weak outbursts of misplaced anger.”
Guitarist Keith Merrow, bassist Brett Leier and drummer Andy Vincenzetti ditched Vitriol and Rasmussen, leading the group to cancel its remaining tour dates across the United States.
“He f---ed around and found out,” Merrow wrote in a since-expired Instagram Story. “Sorry Vitriol fans. We had to abandon him at a gas station in Vermont. Myself, Andy, Brett, and Matt will not take Kyle’s cowardly and weak outbursts of misplaced anger.”
