ECSU awarded near $2 million grant from U.S. Department of Education

Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) was awarded a $1,923,005 grant from the U.S. Department of Education, which will improve the school's college retention and graduation rates among low-income students, first-generation college students, and students with disabilities.
