WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - Another candidate throws his hat into the ring, hoping to secure a spot on Capitol Hill, representing the 21st Congressional District. A seat currently held by Elise Stefanik, who is running for governor next year.

An unconventional campaign announcement came out of the Albany area Monday night.

The debut of a rap song, sing-alongs, and handing out 2,000 turkeys - part of Albany-area businessman Anthony Constantino’s bid for the 21st Congressional District. He says he’s already put $5 million of his own money into his campaign.

“I will fully self-fund my campaign, which I’m told is a first. This makes me free to do what’s right, while my rivals will be owned by special interests and donors,” he said.
