CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Christopher Pattie, a former police officer in several Northeast Ohio communities, has been charged with two counts of voyeurism in Willoughby Municipal Court. Eastlake police filed the charges last week.
According to the criminal complaint, he used his cellphone to film upskirt videos.
Four days after the alleged incident on Nov. 1, records show Pattie resigned as a part-time officer with Madison Township police in Lake County.
According to Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy records, he “Resigned in good standing, no pending discipline.”
Pattie previously worked part-time for Perry Village and Timberlake police, and was a full-time police officer in Mentor for more than 20 years.
Pattie is currently out on a $5,000 bond; his arraignment is scheduled for Dec.
