The preliminary hearing in the criminal case against the co-founders of Epic Charter Schools is set to resume Feb. 25 after a delay of almost two years.

Ben Harris and David Chaney are accused in a 2022 racketeering and embezzlement case of cheating Oklahoma students out of millions of dollars. They both deny wrongdoing.
