TAMPA BAY – The only insider reports Rasmus Andersson is interested in these days are the ones that help him scout out his next staring victim.

Revealing for the first time his rinkside victims haven’t necessarily always been a product of serendipity, Andersson admitted the targets of some of his trademark goal stares have been predetermined.
