Lethbridge-East MLA Nathan Neudorf is among five more Alberta MLAs identified as the subject of a recall petition announced by Elections Alberta on Tuesday.
The petition application was put forward by Ryan Tanner who needs to collect 13,207 signatures between Nov. 26, 2025-Feb. 23, 2026. That is the total number of signatures required for the petition to be successful, with 22,011 votes cast in the riding in the most recent provincial election in 2023.
According to Tanner’s petition application, Neudorf, Minister of Affordability and Utilities, should act as the voice and representative of the Lethbridge-East constituents.
His statement reads, “Recent voting activity from him demonstrates a disconnect and his inability to meet the needs, desires, and expectations of those he represents.
