Estevao stole the show as Chelsea recorded a statement win over Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The first meeting between the two European heavyweights since 2018 went the way of the Blues as a Jules Kounde own goal broke the deadlock three minutes shy of the half hour mark .

Barcelona were then left with a huge mountain to climb after Ronald Araujo was sent-off on the stroke of half-time for two bookable offences and Chelsea made the extra man count in the second half.

While Liam Delap ended his goal drought to put a seal on a dominant victory for the Blues, it was Estevao’s goal which made it 2-0 that will be remembered for a long time .
