Wichita police seek public's help to identify man killed in 1986 Kellogg crash

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) — Wichita police are asking for the public’s help in a 1986 cold case.

The department says that in the early morning hours of August 29, 1986, an unidentified man was walking on west Kellogg in the area of Seneca when he was struck and killed by a driver.
