SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - A winter storm is expected to strengthen on Wednesday over the Great Lakes bringing major delays to air travel on Wednesday at major hubs like Chicago and Detroit on Wednesday.
This storm will bring some heavy snow, and very windy conditions to parts of the upper MS valley and through the Great Lakes on Wednesday and Thursday.
Your flight home should be ok on Saturday unless you are flying out of the central U.S. The eastern seaboard should be ok on Saturday but the Great Lakes like Toledo and Chicago could be a bit of a headache due to another storm system moving through the area.
We on the other hand will see another nice warm day on Wednesday with highs in the low 80s under partly cloudy skies.
A cold front will move through on Thanksgiving during the morning
