Jon M. Chu responds to accusation that the Wicked movies didn’t use color grading.

An X account called “DiscussingFish,” which is a parody of the popular DiscussingFilm outlet, posted something where they attributed a fake quote to Jon where he allegedly said, “my fault,” in response to a fake report that he “forgot” to color grade.

From his real account, the director responded to say, “Click bait.” His initial response has since been deleted, but he later replied again to a screenshot of the exchange .

Even though DiscussingFish is a pretty well-known spoof account, there are a lot of users who get tricked into thinking it’s the real DiscussingFilm , leading to the circulation of fake posts and rumors as they unknowingly retweet and respond to the former.
