BILLINGS, Mont. – As Americans gather for Thanksgiving, one Billings woman is celebrating with a newfound sense of gratitude. Last year, Liter visited Intermountain Health's Lockwood Clinic seeking answers for kidney pain. Instead, she left with a stage 3 lung cancer diagnosis. "When Stefanie first told me I had lung cancer, I was devastated. My dad died of lung cancer. He made it 18 months. So that's what I was looking at.
