Dragon Ball 's Frieza is long known as the Emperor of Universe 7. He has not only destroyed Goku and Vegeta's home planet, Planet Vegeta, but also commanded the Frieza Force into conquering and selling planets to other races. As such, he is often considered one of the greatest villains in all anime.

Of course, one may think that Frieza's command over his forces is one based just on fear, but not everyone feels that way. Many fans believe that Frieza's refined manner of speaking and courtesy to everyone he communicates with, makes him an "ideal boss."

While this may seem bogus to many, according to an interview between Dragon Ball and Jun Nakahara, a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development, science backs it up.
