Ned Fulmer revealed on Sunday that he’s struggled with multiple sclerosis for the past 12 years.
The internet personality and former member of The Try Guys broke the news in a video posted to YouTube on Nov. 23 titled “ I Have MS .” Fulmer explained that in 2013, after experiencing numbness in his hands, arms and back over several days, he went to the hospital for an MRI. The results revealed lesions in his brain.
“The doctor was like, ‘You probably have MS,’ and I was like, ‘What is that? Isn’t that really bad?” Fulmer recalled. “I was totally in denial, [I] didn’t want to have MS.”
Fulmer said he hoped the numbness would fade on its own and left the hospital. However, the symptoms worsened. He recalled a serious scare when he was walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night
