The median sold price was $397,815, up less than 1% from a year ago and lower than June's record.

Home sales climbed in October in Delaware compared with a year ago, while the median home price rose slightly but fell below June's record high.

Sales of existing Delaware homes, not new construction, increased 1.2% to 1,228 in October compared with 1,213 a year ago, according to the Delaware Association of Realtors .

The median sold price was slightly higher, $397,815 in October versus $397,650 a year ago, up 0.04%. The record high median price in Delaware was $405,996 in June.
