Bodycam footage shows mental health warnings months before Charlotte light rail stabbing

Bodycam footage released by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department shows an encounter with Decarlos Brown months before he was charged in a deadly light rail stabbing, in which officers found Brown to be experiencing mental health concerns and urged him to seek medical help.
