Benny Blanco‘s mom, Sandra Levin, was the victim of a scary robbery attempt at her Studio City, Calif. home earlier this week. According to ABC7, police said Levin was unharmed after burglars smashed their way into her home while she was there alone. Authorities did not identify Levin by name, but neighbors and property records confirmed it was her home.

Per procedure, a spokesperson for the LAPD confirmed the address of the incident and the details about the break-in, but did not identify Levin as the homeowner when contacted by Billboard on Wednesday morning (Nov. 26).

Officials reported that Levin, who was home alone, barricaded herself in the bathroom and called 911 after she heard the suspects enter through a shattered sliding glass door. NBC 4 reported that Levin heard the intruder
