A new CAA Manitoba survey reports an increase in cannabis use among drivers, with more Manitobans admitting they are consuming the drug before getting behind the wheel and expressing growing confidence in their ability to drive while impaired.

“Cannabis is more accessible than ever, and that means more Manitobans are not only choosing to drive after consuming it, but are also getting behind the wheel soon after and expressing increased confidence in their ability to do so,” said Ewald Friesen, manager of government and community relations for CAA Manitoba.
