Sola pays $2M settlement in suit alleging Medicaid fraud at Virginia residential group homes

A company that formerly operated adult residential group homes in Gloucester County has paid $2 million to settle allegations of overbilling Virginia Medicaid by more than $600,000, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
