RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The South Reno Athletic Club is inviting the community to get moving after Thanksgiving with its third annual “Burn the Bird” boot camp.
The post-holiday workout is designed to help people shake off the extra calories and sluggishness that often follow the big feast.
This year’s boot camp features a mix of high-intensity interval training, strength circuits, and group challenges led by the club’s coaching team.
The workout is open to all fitness levels, and coaches emphasize that participants can go at their own pace.
The “Burn the Bird” boot camp takes place Friday at South Reno Athletic Club, giving the community a chance to reset, recharge, and head into the holiday season feeling strong.
