TRAVERSE CITY — A new four-residence condominium building called The Ottaway is bringing boutique luxury living to downtown Traverse City.
Per a Nov. 25 news release, The Ottaway is designed by international architecture firm AMDG and features classic styling inspired by Chicago’s Gold Coast and New York’s Upper East Side.
Developers said the building was designed to reflect Traverse City’s history, character, and natural surroundings.
Each full-floor residence includes private elevator access to a foyer that opens into an open living and dining area, a gourmet kitchen, and sliding doors leading to a covered porch.
