Top of the Ticker : CBS Saturday Morning’s longtime co-anchors Michelle Miller and Dana Jacobson sat at the round table one last time this past Saturday.

The duo used the final moments of the morning show’s broadcast to announce their departure, with Jacobson saying, “While it wasn’t our choice to leave, we did have one in how we get to say goodbye.”

Jacobson then acknowledged and thanked the many behind-the-scenes staff who have worked on the show. “Without them, there is no us,” she added.

Miller and Jacobson were part of CBS News’ October layoffs that eliminated nearly 100 positions across the network , affecting both on-air and off-air roles. Also caught up in the layoffs was CBS Saturday Morning executive producer Brian Applegate .
