Ex-N.C. Rep. Cecil Brockman lashes out at alleged victim in sex case, says teen boy tricked him into relationship

Former state lawmaker Cecil Brockman, who is facing four counts of sex crimes charges involving a teenage boy, cast himself as a victim of deception by the boy in a letter sent to the News & Observer from the Guilford County Jail.
