LAUGHLIN — In keeping with the club's focus on community service, three Laughlin-based businesses operating boats on the Colorado River recently were honored with the Laughlin Rotary Club’s Service Above Self Distinguished Action Award.

Representatives from River Passage Water Taxis, Rocky River Adventures and Riverside Resort River Shuttle accepted accolades and custom-engraved crystal awards at the Laughlin Town Advisory Board meeting in July as part of Rotary’s Community Positive Influence Recognition Program, which celebrates individuals and organizations contributing to the strength, safety and spirit of the region. ×
