Call the Midwife boss Heidi Thomas has told how she’ll never abandon the BBC or her much-loved drama for a big-money deal with a streamer such as Netflix , Apple or Amazon Prime.
Asked if she receives poaching attempts, Heidi admitted that she did - but that any effort to lure her away, after 15 years of creating a series every year for BBC1 plus a Christmas special, were futile.
