McCOOK, Neb. (KSNB) - A former social studies teacher in McCook will go on trial for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Court records show Deon Allen, 34, was accused of exchanging social media messages with a student. According to a protection order, he was harassing the student.
He was charged last summer and has pleaded not guilty. His trial is scheduled Feb. 4.
Allen is free on a $7,500 personal recognizance bond.
