That's the conundrum the Detroit Lions find themselves in this week, against a Green Bay Packers defense that's adept at limiting explosive plays through the air. No team in the NFL has allowed fewer completions of 20-plus yards than the Packers (21), who deploy a top-down defense that forces teams into long, drawn-out drives.
