The Dallas Cowboys will be without star offensive tackle Tyler Guyton for Thursday’s pivotal Thanksgiving game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Per Patrik Walker of the Cowboys’ official team website, Tyler Guyton is out for tomorrow’s game at AT&T Stadium with an ankle injury. Sophomore Nate Thomas, a 2024 seventh-round pick, will start in Guyton’s place.
On a related note, the Chiefs will be down a star offensive lineman, too. Pro Bowl guard Trey Smith has also been ruled out after suffering an ankle injury in Sunday’s Week 12 comeback win over the Indianapolis Colts.
According to Pro Football Focus, Nate Thomas has played 127 offensive snaps this season, primarily at the left tackle spot. Thomas has allowed one sack and committed two penalties, per PFF.
