She’s leads Mizzou Extension’s “Freeze it” program , which has been expanding in rural Missouri. The program promotes practical food storage ideas in programs throughout the state. Thanksgiving can present some challenges for cooks preparing a large amount of food, as well as serving, cleaning up, and storing the left-overs.
