Blackadder writers have a cunning plan to unleash an abandoned episode of the iconic sitcom back onto the world . An unfilmed script was sadly ditched before production in 1988, but writer Richard Curtis has revealed there is a chance yet for Blackadder in Bethlehem.
The "lost" work by Curtis and Ben Elton depicts Edmund Blackadder as an innkeeper approached by Joseph and Mary as they seek a bed for the night. It features Celebrity Traitors star Sir Stephen Fry, who starred as General Melchett.
