A man who accuses Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, of making false promises to his dying wife is demanding a six-figure judgment in court, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Wednesday, November 19, Rupert Perry asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to award him a default judgment in the amount of $148,652 from Phypers, 53. Perry runs his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall’s estate. The breakdown is $126,000 that Perry claims Phypers owed Katsioula-Beall, along with $21,000 in interest and other fees.

Perry claims he served Phypers with the lawsuit over alleged fraud and breach of contract, but he has failed to respond to the case.

In his original lawsuit, Perry explained his late wife was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer in 2019. He said none of the standard treatments
