OMAHA, Neb. —

The man arrested in a shooting that injured a 19-year-old in the back of an Uber appeared before a judge on Wednesday.

Keshaun Williams is accused of second-degree assault, unlawful discharge of a firearm, discharge of a firearm near a vehicle or building, and use of a firearm to commit a felony.

On Wednesday, a judge set his bond at 10% of $500,000.

PREVIOUS COVERAGE:

According to court documents, a warrant had been issued for Williams in the shooting, and when officers tried to pull him over on Monday, he tried to flee. When he couldn't flee, he took off on foot.

Police were able to find and take him into custody.

Williams appeared before a judge in this case as well on Wednesday.

The judge set his bond at 10% of $500,000.
